I have been an Holistic healer for well over 13 years, when I trained to become an Angelic Reiki Professional Practitioner and a Master Teacher. I have been offering Angelic Reiki healing sessions and teaching this modality, to well over 150 students, since that time and I still do.
Now my life, since retiring from my usual occupation in accounts, over 18 months ago, has taken a new path and that one is as a Reflexologist. I went onto train as an Advanced Reflexologist and learnt the art of Precision Reflexology and Foot Reading, I am now also a Foot Care Practitioner.
This work continues to amaze me and I just love seeing all the clients that I have, feeling well again and learning a little more about themselves.

REFLEXOLOGY
What is Reflexology ?
It's a gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to heal and balance itself. It involves applying finger and thumb pressure to specific points on the feet (or hands). These points are called 'reflexes' and they reflect or mirror all the organs and structures of the body as well as a person's emotional health, This is a perfect Holistic Healing Therapy and is based on the theory that health is the harmony between the body, mind and spirit. Stresses of any kind, be they physical, psychological, social or environmental can upset the balance and cause 'dis-ease' within the body.
Precision Reflexology
What is 'Precision' ?
Precision Reflexology is one form of reflexology and as such, it holds the same rationale as other forms of the therapy. It focuses on stimulating 'reflex points' on the feet in order to maintain good health. Practitioners believe that, by applying appropriate pressure to these points, it is possible to treat a wide range of disorders.
Reflex areas are on both dorsal and plantar aspects of both feet. The specific technique, which is exclusive to this, is called 'Linking'. This involves holding two or three identified reflex points at the same time to add power and definition to the treatment. As the link is held, for just a few moments, the reflexologist just listens, via the hands and in this way the treatment is matched to the individual with precision work.
'Linking' is initiated by stimulating the reflexes to be connected and feeling the energy between them. This is an amazing sensation, felt by both the reflexologist and the client, this can be felt as a tingle, a pulse or heat.
