About Me
I have been an Holistic healer for well over 14 years, when I trained to become an Angelic Reiki Professional Practitioner and a Master Teacher. I have been offering Angelic Reiki healing sessions and teaching this modality to over 150 students since that time and I still do.
Now my life, since retiring from my usual occupation in accounts, in 2022, has taken a new path and that one is as a Reflexologist. I went onto train as an Advanced Reflexologist and also learnt the art of Precision Reflexology and Foot Reading. I am also now a Foot Care Practitioner.
This work continues to amaze me and I just love seeing all the clients that I have, feeling well and happy again and learning a little more about themselves.

My Approach
At Holistic Healing Therapies, I believe that you should treat the whole person, mind, body and spirit to gain balance and wellness, not just their symptoms.
Many symptoms can mask what is really going on in the body, I believe that we should heal on all levels, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual, in an holistic way through natural means. I do believe that we also may need traditional medicine, including drugs and vaccinations, but at what costs in the long term, do they cause more harm that good, that is what you should be asking yourself.
Many Complimentary therapies, are natural non-invasive and drugless paths to self-help, helping to restore a person to a more tranquil temperament, improve their mental condition and enable the person to cope better with life's demands. Reflexology treatments encourages a generally healthier body by facilitating the proper functioning of the circulatory system, so enabling the supply of nutrients and oxygen to reach all cells of the body.
